Aug. 10 - Boycott continues against HTH and Pacific Beach Hotel

HTH Corporation and the Pacific Beach Hotel remain on the boycott list of the AFL-CIO and Justice at the Beach. HTH management continues to defy the National Labor Relations Board findings of the hotel's numerous violations of labor law. On July 14, 2011, attorneys for HTH Corporation filed a petition in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to review the order of the National Labor Relations Board. 

Do not patronize the Pacific Beach Hotel if you support justice for the workers of the hotel who have been fighting to unionize for nearly 10 years. 

There is NO boycott of the Pagoda Hotel and Restaurant which HTH sold to Peter Savio.
